Classes will be run on the modern stage of the Philharmonic Band of Kalamata, to be found in the heart of the Old City, close to the Metropolitan Church of Panagia Ypapanti, below the mediaeval walls of the Kastro (Castle). It is on the first floor of the building, the theatre is amphitheatrical in shape and the air-conditioned auditorium seats up to 200 spectators. There are lavatories and dressing rooms.
It is only a short ride on the Number 1 bus from the famous beach and seafront promenade with its many cafes and tavernas which stay open late into the night, and a 10-minute walk away from the modern town centre (Aristomenous Square) of Kalamata.
Outside the theatre, there is a modern café, were brunch will be served.
